The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the charming old town and close to Lake Constance. The family room was luxurious, spacious, and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice TV sitting area. The breakfast was excellent, and the Wi-Fi provided was reliable. Paid parking was conveniently available nearby.

We loved the hotel's location, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. The staff were very kind and helpful, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The lift only goes up to the second floor, which could be an issue for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the large and comfortable room that had a balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast served had a great variety of traditional German foods and was delicious. the hotel's location was perfect – just a short walk from the train station and in the heart of the historical town.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was only accessible in the lobby, and not in the rooms. the building's old construction meant that the soundproofing was not very good, leading to some noise from the street.

The hotel was well-located near the lake and easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
There were some issues with the billing that put a damper on my stay. The final amount I was charged was significantly higher than what was quoted to me when I made the reservation, and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress during my business trip.
